Book Review: Jolt!

Wouldn’t it be great if everything in our lives remained constant?  The world has changed and continues to do so at an increasing rate.  Regardless of age, change is challenging.  So how do we respond to change?  Is it possible to leverage change rather than survive it?

Jolt! by Phil Cooke is a practical and straightforward book on how to embrace change as a way of life.  Through his clear and direct style Cooke challenges readers to realize we are more than people who must simply react to change.  In fact, Cooke provides excellent ideas on how to make decisions today that anticipate change.

I give Jolt! 3.5 out of 5 stars.  I did find his concepts practical and the premise of the book was right on track.  However, I found the content somewhat redundant.  This is a great read for personal or business environments where change is a struggle.
